The Air Force said a Zimbabwe Air Force helicopter crashed into a house today, killing three crew members and a child.
After the helicopter disappeared from the radar, it was conducting exercises with two pilots and a technician.
He crashed into a house in Arcturus, an agricultural area about 30 kilometers east of the capital Harare.
Aviation Commander Elson Moyo said: “We lost our lives after the accident, and we are deeply saddened by this.
Videos are being shared on social media to show part of the aircraft and conduct investigations.
The Zimbabwe Air Force complained that it had outdated helicopters and jets, but could not purchase new helicopters and jets due to Western sanctions.
