Only by clearing the network settings can the controller be restored.
Security expert Carl Schou has now found an unpleasant bug in the system software of iPhone and iPad comfirmed Apple’s mobile device was completely paralyzed after connecting to a Wi-Fi network called Special Characters. If there is a problem, you will not be able to connect to any wifi, turning the controller on and off, and restarting the device will not solve the problem.
Fortunately, this is a non-security issue. When trying to connect to a network named “% p% s% s% s% s% n”, a processing error occurred in a module in the operating system, which would cause iOS to start The problematic process. The saved network name is retried by the module, thus starting an endless loop of crashes.
Fortunately, victims of Wi-Fi pranks can easily and quickly solve the problem by selecting “Reset Network Settings” from the “Settings”> “General”> “Reset” menu. Then they need to reconnect their devices to the non-prank Wi-Fi network.
After using the SSID “%p%s%s%s%s%n” to join my personal WiFi, my iPhone permanently disabled its WiFi function. Restarting or changing the SSID will not fix it :~) pic.twitter.com/2eue90JFu3

At the time of writing, Apple has not commented on this situation, but it will definitely fix a bug that may be used for pranks when updating its system in the future.
