WhatsApp leader Will Cathcart mentioned recently that a version for Apple’s iPad tablets of the popular messaging app may soon be available.
WhatsApp’s developers seem to be keen on developing an iPad app, which would put the American technology at the forefront. WhatsApp may soon become one of the most widely used devices on Earth, but it does not yet have one of the most popular apps in the world.
Cathcart stated that the company is now part of the Meta group and worked hard to make the technology compatible with all the devices.
It appears that the technology necessary for the communication app on the iPad to function correctly and with other devices within the Apple ecosystem has been developed. Cupertino is still required to give the green light, so millions can easily enjoy the service.
It is amazing that WhatsApp has yet to arrive on the iPad, despite the fact that it already supports all of the Meta applications (with the exception Instagram). But, this could change quickly, something that would definitely bring benefits for the end consumer.
