At least 12 hospitals in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, announced that they have suspended testing for covid-19 today due to an insufficient number of tests.

The hospital issued an announcement on its website, some of whom said the suspension will only last a few days, while others did not specify when to resume testing citizens.

In Thailand, new hot spots have recently emerged, and this number has jumped from only a few dozen to hundreds every day. Therefore, the authorities have embarked on more extensive testing, but it is clear that too many people are interested in too little test inventory. Reuters.

Thailand recorded 405 new cases of covidom-19 infection yesterday, and on Wednesday confirmed the discovery of the more infectious British virus B.1.1.7.
