Turkey has a population of 84 million, and restrictive measures were partially lifted in early March.
Since then, the number of new cases has been increasing rapidly. In some areas, stricter measures have been reintroduced, such as a curfew on weekends.
However, restaurants and cafes will not be closed until the beginning of Ramadan, which starts in mid-April.
