In Indonesia, yesterday, a small boat carrying tourists capsized in a basin in Java, killing at least seven people.
There are twenty people on board. Eleven of them can be rescued, and two are still missing. The police said that most of the victims were children.
The police said they had not complied with the safety regulations. When all passengers moved to one side to take pictures at the same time, there were too many people on board and the hull capsized. At the helm is a 13-year-old boy.
The investigation must reveal whether the organization behind the boat trip was negligent.
