The world, communities and human behavior are all changing rapidly. How does this affect society? As an organization, how do you respond?
In this lecture, Lecyca Curiel (1998) and Jahkini Bisselink (1999) talked about their research on their own generation. What do Gen Z think is important and interesting? How does the organization communicate best with this target group? Generation Z talks to himself. Gen Z is tired of prejudices about stress, burnout and depression. They grew up in the digital world, but they also grew up in turbulent times.
Both Jahkini and Lecyca work at Whetson, Wetson is a think tank focused on the future. Prior to starting as a researcher and speaker at Whetson, Lecyca worked at Walmart, Procter & Gamble and the European Parliament. In 2019, she was selected by FD as one of 50 promising talents. Jahkini represents the Netherlands as a youth representative of the United Nations at the United Nations.
