Tuzla city footballer Adnan Džafić saved his life in referee Antoni Bandić’s 25th round of the Premier League match against Sloboda in Bosnia and Herzegovina After giving a speech.
After a collision with his opponent, Zafic fell on the court and other players quarreled on the other end of the court. Judge Bandic saw the Tuzla player lie down and ran up, putting his hand in his mouth. Bandic prevented the suffocation, and Dezafić was taken over by a medical institution and then taken to the hospital.
“Trust me, I don’t remember anything… It was a duel, as my teammate said, I may have suffered an elbow injury, but I don’t think it was intentional. I remember waking up in the emergency room Come. They gave me oxygen, they checked me, and that’s it. I was not in the hospital at the time. I should also call Judge Bandic and thank him,” Zafifić told SportSport.ba.
For Bandic, this is not the first time he has reacted like this. Last month, he helped former Ha player Mirko Oremuš in the same way in the game between Sarajevo and Krupa. The Sarajevo player was still lying down after a frontal collision with the opposing player, Bandic stuck his tongue out of his mouth to avoid suffocation.
The derby between Tuzla and Sloboda ended 1-0. The only goal was in the 68th minute when Bukic scored from the penalty spot.
