Slowly, one day ago, one of the largest telecommunications companies encountered serious problems.
Bizarre event Starting on Friday afternoon at the UK’s fourth largest telecommunications provider, some of the calls made by three customers were strangers rather than the party they wanted to contact, and in some cases they could not make calls. The malfunction will affect calls from fixed telephones and mobile phones.
Of course, social media is flooded with customer complaints, and one thing in common is that service providers have connected quite a lot of calls by mistake in a short period of time. Another problem is that even if you manage to dial a good number, sometimes the called party’s phone will ring after you hang up.
We are currently experiencing technical issues during certain calls. If you are affected by this, please accept our apology, our engineers are working hard to fix it. Please check back here for updates.

According to the three, the authorities are working hard to resolve the problem, and the service provider has not complained that the failure can be described as a data security incident. This happens because when strangers’ phones display their phone numbers due to poor connections, some customers feel like data leaks.
