Tiger Woods is the best golfer ever. He had a car accident in the Los Angeles area in late February and had to be hospitalized afterwards. He was released from the hospital about two weeks ago, and details about how the accident happened are now being revealed.
This was caused by his driving too fast.
The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Woods drove nearly 140 km/h with a $50,000 Hyundai Genesis GV80 in a place that allowed speeds of up to 70 km/h. He hit a tree by the road where he was about to land at a speed of 120 km/h.
Recall that the firefighter had to cut through the sheet metal to pull it out of the crashed car, and Woods remained awake all the time, although obviously shocked. The firefighter said the golfer tried to get out of the car alone, but could not be seriously injured because he was trapped. He was taken to the hospital where he was diagnosed with severe fractures in his legs and had to undergo surgery. During this period, the bones of his legs were connected by rods and screws. He suffered the most damage to his ankle and foot.
Woods mainly lives in Florida. He came to Los Angeles to participate in the “Genesis Invitational”, a golf tournament organized by his foundation, where he taught celebrities to play golf.
