In this presentation, Fleur Willemijn van Beinum (who has been active as a content strategist for more than 20 years) explained how the brand can improve its content strategy. She shared some tips and explained which brands are the most troublesome in this regard, what mistakes they made, what pitfalls exist and how to avoid them. If this doesn’t work, how can you learn from it so that history does not repeat itself?

2) How do you make your audience more focused? (So she only studied in the silo and socially)
3) The importance of data (including market insights and Google search)
4) How can you get more benefits from your budget? (Can you combine your media budget and content production budget?)
