Experts suggest that suicides among USS George Washington sailors could be indicative of a deeper mental health problem.
Officials said that at least five U.S. soldiers who served on the exact same aircraft carrier in Virginia, died from suicide within the last year.

“Each death is tragic in its own right, regardless of how,” Pentagon press secretary John Kirby told reporters Thursday. “Our thoughts and prayers continue to go out to the families and, frankly, the shipmates because they’re affected, too.”
