The International Association of SME Banking Club conducts research on digital service development for commercial customers in the CIS and the Caucasus every year. In March, the 2021 TOP-20 mobile commercial bank list was announced.
SME Banking Club experts evaluated the parameters of all (more than 130) commercial mobile applications in the region: AppStore and Google Play ratings, number of downloads and reviews, features, versions, etc. Based on these data, 50 mobile applications from 8 countries were selected for detailed evaluation. Among them, the experts determined the top 20 in this category, which mentioned the application of “Kazakh Alfa-Business” small and medium-sized enterprises.
