A video of Goran Ivanišević at the Australian Open went viral on social media.
The Australian Open’s TikTok profile showed a video showing the winner of the Wimbledon Tennis Open in a doubles match in Melbourne. During the game, a baby in the audience began to cry, and Ivanishevich tried to calm her down.
“Don’t cry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” the 49-year-old from Split told the audience. But when he served the ball again, the baby cried again. When he immediately sent the ball back into the net, he threw the racket to the baby and he could cry now.
The laughter in the stands can also be heard in the recording, and the number of viewers of the video on TikTok has exceeded 15 million in the five days since its release. See why.
