Influencers are accustomed to providing humanized and authentic faces for your brand, but what if we artificially create influencers?
Marije Blom is a teacher and researcher at the Hogeschool School of Communication, Media and Information Technology in Rotterdam. As a researcher, she conducts research on the development of artificial intelligence-driven communications. Specifically, she is interested in the relationship between AI agents and people and how content can help strengthen digital relationships.
In this speech, Marije brings us into the artificial intelligence world of influencer marketing. She explained that people are willing to connect with virtual influencers. It’s not about how real these artificial intelligence influencers look, but they must be treated as human beings. She covers many strategies to increase humanity and explains why “no drama” is important.
