The men’s volleyball players of the Polish national team played against Bulgaria very quickly. They had to struggle for the longest time in the first set and finally won 25:19. In the next two sets, the Bulgarian only scored 27 points-15 points in the second game and 12 points in the third game. As a result, the Pole easily won 3-0.
In the seven games held so far in the League of Nations this year, the Polish team has won six. On the way, they dealt with Italy (3:0), Serbia (3:1), Australia (3:0), the United States (3:0), Russia (3:1) and Bulgaria (3:0). The only time Vital Heynen’s player lost to Slovenia (1:3).
Other teams competing for the top four in the International League also won the series on Wednesday. France defeated Russia 3-1, Slovenia defeated Canada without losing a set, Iran defeated the United States 3-0, Serbia defeated Germany 3-1.
After the victory, the Polish national team’s men’s volleyball player rose to the top of the National League standings. They are one point ahead of second-placed France, three points ahead of Brazil, Slovenia and Iran, and four points ahead of Serbia.
The Poles will play their next match on Thursday, June 10th, when the Netherlands will be their opponent. A day later, the White Army and the Red Army will face the most difficult matchup between the League of Nations against Brazil.
