The southern water polo player today refused to participate in the Croatian Water Polo Championship final against Solaris in Sibenik because the Solaris player did not effectively test the crown before the game.
Allegedly, the visiting water polo players did not agree to the antigen test before the start of the game, and the organizers even removed the bench of the substitute player from the protester’s swimming pool.
Solaris claimed that no one told them that they had to take part in the test before the game. The conflict occurred after a strange incident.
That is, Solaris only discovered on Sunday night that they would be participating in today’s finals because Primorje had to return to the quarter-finals due to the coronavirus infection and allegedly entered the Sibenik team.
