Most of the funds in the national budget from January to March were used for concessional loans to entrepreneurs-751.2 billion tenge. Yerbolat Dossayev, chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, expressed this at a government meeting.
According to the President of the National Bank, according to the “Economy of Simple Things” program as of April 9, STB has received 1,472 loan applications for 1.1 trillion tenge, and STB has issued 874 loans for a total of 607.3 billion tenge.
Under the preferential loan program for business entities, merchants submitted 2,956 applications for a total of 745.6 billion tenge. 7,532 loans were issued with a total amount of 751.2 billion tenge, of which 2,863 loans were 178.9 billion tenge, and the expenditure was at the expense of the money obtained from the repayment of previously issued loans. Yerbolat Dossayev added that it is expected that all funds will be spent in the second quarter of 2021. By the end of 2021, it is expected to raise 8,500 projects for 800 billion tenge.
According to the 7-20-25 plan, as of April 8, 2021, 56,994 applications have been received with a total amount of 681.3 billion tenge, of which 26,010 loans have been issued with a total amount of 308.8 billion tenge.
According to the Baspana Hit Market Mortgage Loan Program, as of April 8, 2021, a total of 119,103 applications for 1.1 trillion tenge were received, and 50,109 loans were issued for a total of 451.3 billion tenge. Considering that the funding of the plan has increased to 600 billion tenge, its development is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
