Despite fierce criticism, Germany adopted new restrictions in its fight against the crown. The “safety brake” will take effect tomorrow. Debord A brief introduction to the measures applicable to the entire country.
If the 7-day incidence rate (the number of new coronavirus infection cases per 100,000 residents) for 7 consecutive days is greater than 100, the “safety brake” (Notbremse) will be automatically applied. Strict restrictions will remain in effect until the occurrence rate of 7 consecutive days is less than 100 days, and all new rules will be effective until June 30, 2021.
A member of a family can contact at most one person in another family. Children under 14 years of age are not counted. This restriction does not apply to meetings of spouses or cohabitants, or in the case of caring for a person in need. The maximum number of people allowed to attend a funeral is 30.
Its effective time is from 10 pm to 5 am the next day. At that time, citizens were not allowed to leave the apartment or house. For example, if someone must go to a doctor immediately, or in other circumstances must prevent danger to human or animal life, an exception applies. Fresh air movement is allowed until midnight, but people are allowed to move alone, and the use of sports fields or halls is prohibited. This exception applies to people who have to work, such as journalists. And the people who take care of others, that is, family members.
All places where citizens spend their free time (swimming pools, saunas, health centers, brothels, fitness centers, gymnasiums, etc.) must be closed.
Stores can only provide services to customers if they request a negative corona test, that is, after they make an appointment to stay in the store or department store (the so-called “click and meet” model). If the incidence rises above 150, customers are only allowed to pick up the goods ordered in the store (click and collect).
The restriction does not apply to food and beverage stores, pharmacies, baby products stores, opticians, gas stations, information kiosks, garden centers, or stores that sell pet supplies. The number of customers depends on the size of the store. Indoors, customers must use protective masks (FFP-2 or medical).
Theaters, operas, concert halls, music clubs and cinemas (except car cinemas) are closed, and any activities are strictly prohibited.
Visitors can still visit the outdoor part of the zoo, but the premise is that a negative corona test must be performed.
Only non-contact personal exercises are allowed. This exercise can be done alone, in pairs or with your own family members. Children under the age of 14 can participate in sports in groups. The exception is professional athletes.
Food providers and cafeterias are prohibited from working. However, there are exceptions-restaurants are still allowed to work in rehabilitation centers or nursing homes, and homeless people are still allowed to get food. Consumption of food and beverages in restaurants and cafes is prohibited, but food or beverages can be issued to take away. Food delivery is also allowed.
Hair salons are allowed, but customers must always wear protective masks (FFP2 or medical) and must show a negative crown test (up to 24 hours) when entering the salon.
It is forbidden to rent tourist accommodation.
No matter what “safety brake” the school adopts, the rule still applies, and students and faculty (participating in the classroom teaching process) must take the test twice a week. If the occurrence rate exceeds 100, the model changes, and according to the occurrence rate, the model will switch to a hybrid mode, that is, online teaching. Similar rules apply to kindergartens, allowing them to organize care for children whose parents must be in the workplace (for example, “key occupations”, which are the key to ensuring the functioning of the country).
Employees who work for the company must undergo corona tests twice a week-the federal government adopted this rule on Wednesday. The company must allow its employees to work from home as much as possible (“home office”).
