The Allianz Arena logo was removed from the Munich Stadium today.
Due to sponsorship, during the European Championship, the stadium will be called the Munich Fußball Arena. The Bayern Arena will host Germany’s matches against France, Portugal and Hungary, as well as a quarter-final.
The Bavarian authorities have agreed that there will be 14,000 spectators per game during the European Football Championship, which starts on June 11. The stadium has a capacity of 70,000 spectators.
The match between Germany and France on June 15 will be the first time that Munich has welcomed thousands of fans since the blockade was implemented in March 2020. Bayern Munich played only one Bundesliga match in front of 200 fans this season.
