During 2021, the advertising group Dentsu International will merge the Belgian organization with the Dutch organization.
All customers in the new organization will receive services in an integrated manner and will be able to access the entire Benelux infrastructure. Dentsu promised that this means gaining more capabilities and talents in the media, creative and CXM fields.
The new Benelux Organization will have Mark van Dijk as CEO (photo).
It is not clear whether the merger will also affect personnel.
