The U.S. Centers for Illness Control and Avoidance stated Wednesday that it asked for the Justice Department to continue with an appeal of a judgment that raised a travel mask required.
The CDC stated in a declaration that it is “continuing evaluation that at this time an order needing masking in the indoor transport passage stays essential for the general public health.”
The firm included that it will continue to keep an eye on public health conditions to figure out whether such an order stays essential.
