Croatian tennis player Ana Konjuh was defeated in the quarter-finals of the WTA Tennis Championships in Istanbul on Friday. After nearly two and a half hours of competition, Ukrainian player Marta Kostjuk performed better than her 7:5, 4:6, 6:3.
Both tennis players won 2 Aces in the match, but Konjuh made 15 double mistakes. The Croatian tennis player saved four points from ten break points and conceded six goals-three in the first set, one in the second set, and two in the third set. Competitor Konjuh received five services.
This is the first match between Konjuh, currently ranked 241st in the WTA, and Kostjuk, the 85th ranked tennis player in the world.
