Host Ellen DeGeneres has announced the end of broadcasting of his long-term talk show.
The show will end in 2022 after the 19th air season ends. The host told The Hollywood Reporter: “Although this performance is both wonderful and interesting, it is no longer a challenge for me.”
The news that the filming is about to end comes only a few months after former employees publicly announced the story of the show as a “toxic workplace.”

“I want to end the show after the 16th season. That should be my last season, but they want me to sign for another four years. I said I might sign another year.
