An armed man opened hearth at a kindergarten in central Russia’s Ulyanovsk area on Tuesday, killing two youngsters and a trainer, the area’s governor stated.
One other trainer was injured and was receiving medical consideration, Gov. Alexei Ruskikh stated. The gunman later dedicated suicide, Interfax information company stated, citing sources.
“My deepest condolences exit to the households and buddies of the victims. That is an irreplaceable loss to all of us,” Russkikh stated in an announcement.
Russia’s Investigative Committee stated investigators had opened a case for the incident.
